Our Story 📖

I've always found peace in my love for God and a soothing cup of tea. These moments of connection with my faith became my sanctuary. 

 

4 generations of women and a premature baby


My website is dedicated to the strong, God-fearing women who have influenced my life: my great-grandmother, grandmother, and mother. Many sought medicinal and spiritual advice from my great-grandmother, who had only a primary school education. My grandmother, with a high school education, was a successful entrepreneur. My mother was the first to earn her university degree and became a banking executive. These women were the pillars of my strong belief in God, spirituality, and success.

In my life, I have faced many challenges that I overcame due to my deep sense of connectedness to God and my spirituality. For instance, one of my greatest accomplishments was becoming a mother at 47. I prayed a lot and drank plenty of tea during this journey 😂. I retired after 35 years of teaching and guiding students in their academic and personal lives. However, in the years leading up to my retirement, I noticed how today's fast-paced lifestyle is pulling us away from our spiritual connectedness, which is negatively impacting our mental wellness. So, I felt a calling to make a difference. That's how KozzyCo was born—a brand dedicated to helping us feel more connected by wearing meaningful, quirky, or Bible verse designs to inspire faith and joy.
